Questions on possible expansion features

I have long been a fan of creating expansion teams and running them. I've always had the same 2 problems.. first... scheduling.. I've used the pre made schedules from the past.. but they haven't always worked..will this aspect be worked on? and secondly.. any revamping of financials for fictional expansion teams.. and how would that affect leagues past the 2015 player universe... thanks as always for an awesome game.... pre ordered as soon as I got my email announcement.... have a great day.. Well, in regards to scheduling, there is an infinite number of league configurations, and we have tried to cover the most common ones. OOTP 16 will work the same as OOTP 15 here.

What's wrong with finances for expansion teams? It all works as designed AFAIK.

At least there is now a schedule for a single sub-league with 3 divisions of 4 now lol, I know I moaned about that for ages. There are still one or two I would like, but they aren't exactly a priority (eg a single 7 team league).

I wasn't inferring that expansion team finances were broken as such... I was wanting to know if the changes you are making to the financial system... if I read that correctly.. will affect expansion team finances if at all..

I know it's very unlikely, but I really hope that one of these years the expansion process accurately reflects real life.

It's possible that a lot of people probably don't realize this is what happens, so allow me to elaborate. Take the most recent expansion, the addition of Arizona and Tampa Bay in 1998, for example. They didn't just add those two teams after the 1997 season and expect them to build an entire organization from scratch in five months. No, those two franchises actually started building in 1996. They participated in the 1996 and 1997 MLB draft, and fielded short season minor league teams, even though they didn't yet have a major league team. It's possible to do it yourself in commissioner mode by adding and removing teams at the right times, and league associations have certainly made it much easier, but man is it still a pain in the neck. So that's my dream expansion feature, even if it is a pipe dream.

I'll settle for a build-a-stadium feature(it seriously blows my mind that such a well made, thorough, completely immersive game completely lacks such an important part of baseball management) in the meantime!
