I need Help-Friday Night!

I have completed two seasons...starting third..spring training..
I have no cash and no funds...team is pretty good...but I have no money for coaches...last year I had no CASH for promotion...
I have the season backed-up...to the before the world series point of last year...
How can I retain my coaches before Arbitration of players...or how can I raise funds in spring training?
I would like to keep my coaches but my record is BAD..and maybe they got the heck out of Atlanta...
I believe my team will have a good season...and I dont want to let anyone go...Please advise....
