Are International Complex guys listed in the "rosters.txt"?

Because I can't find them anywhere... Wouldn't know how to go about transferring these guys over to a different game if they can't be exported...

I don't think they do show up in the rosters when you export. Just mass select them in your international complex and move them to your lowest minor league team, then export the rosters and they'll show up.

Thanks for your answer. I think I'll create a dummy team with all the IC guys and transfer that.
