Posting System in standard MLB game

I haven't seen any international players hit the posting system in my standard MLB game. Is this an option you have to select somewhere or is the feature just not functional currently?

I'm not familiar with the new posting system yet so please excuse me if I ask you a dumb question - you do have international leagues in your game, correct? Because if you did not create them when you set up your MLB game - as in the first screen print - I don't think the posting system is activated. Instead, you can generate random international free agents every year.

But, let's say you do have international leagues. To answer your question directly, you need to activate the posting system as shown in the second screen print.
