OOTP 15 - Problem that needs support - Almanac termination

Hello,

I'm in year three of my league. I have my almanac working at the end of each each. This year, it gets to 48% and I get a fatal error that shuts the game down. I can't find the answer on the boards. When I click to submit a ticket, the link does not work. Can someone point me in the right direction; or if this has happened before, teach me how to avoid it.

Please open a support ticket, it should work now. We'll need your league files to reproduce the problem.

I went and the page was up; however, it hung after logging in. When I refresh the page, it stays a white screen.

I checked again, and the "submit a ticket function" is still timing out and giving me a white screen. Can we resolve this in another manner?

I have noticed that game logs and box scores are being put in the almanac but the box scores are being left behind in the news\html folder and this can cause confusion if later seasons have less games. Extraneous box scores...

Also, what about replays? They don't seem to be 'almanaced' ? I have to copy them by hand each season.
