OOTPOU inaugural draft- where's the ratings?

Hi all,
I have my own league running, when I loaded the draft via csv and transfered it to my html folder,and yet I still have no raiting for the drafft when I open utiilities. Anyone have any help?

Two things can cause this:

1. You didn't set the Rating/Talent scale in the Admin tab
2. You exported the CSV files with no ratings.

#1 is easy to check. To check #2, open up player_batting.csv and see if most of the columns are 0. If so, go into OOTP -> Setup -> Import/Export -> Configure Export for CSV, and in there, there is an option on what ratings are exported (forget the option name, sorry). I think you can pick actual, vs OSA ratings, vs scouted. Make sure it is on actual.
