Logo Help Question

I don't want to bother anyone, but I was wondering if someone knew of a place with a lot of generic logos that people are free to use.

I'm trying to set up a small 8 team league for myself and some friends, and we are starting in 2030 (so a semi-futuristic theme). I have the 8 locations we want to use, but none of us are all that talented designing graphics.

So, is there a site where some fictional sets are available that people wouldn't mind me using?

How difficult is it to design a logo if you have no graphic skills at all? Is there a tutorial on what would be needed, or maybe a template to use?

Thanks for any help. The league is under construction at www.simhoops.com/gab.htm and the locations are Seatte, Chicago, LA, Houston, Atlanta, NY, Boston, and St. L.

If you have cities and team names, you could just post a message up here and you'd probably have a whole league worth of logos in a few hours...

Okay, I'll try that:

Seattle Pilots (like the old franchise)
Los Angeles Tremors
Houston Control
Chicago Fire (maybe with a cow since O'Leary's Cow was said to have started the Great Chicago fire)
New York Transit
Boston Revolution
Atlanta Terminus (after the end of the rail line originally found there in 1840s)
St. Louis (I'm not sure of a name here, any suggestions? I've never been there and am not sure what an appropriate name would be.)

Go to www.logoserver.com and get already created logos there.

Check out logos for a lot of leagues in all kinds of sports.

Most will probably already have a city name and nickname.

There are also team symbols minus the city name.

See the thread "Eugene Church Logos"...you are welcome to download any logos there you like.

The creative guys are real good about helping you.

They will respond to your post when they have the time.

www.logoserver.com has an old Seattle Pilots logo posted there.

Select "MLB-AL" and scroll down to Seattle's logos.

You will probably have to change the picture size to
150 x 150 pixels. Sorry, I'm computerly and graphically illiterate.
Can't help you technically.

Most of the logos on my thread have been sized correctly.

I do know you can check the size by right clicking on the logo and then left click on properties.

I don't suppose now that Eugene Church logos are done that anyone would give these a try?

Also, I was wondering if it was possible for someone to change the Savannah Sea Dogs in Church's thread to the Seattle Sea Dogs?
