Help with History Utility

I am using cato's History Utility 5.0 and when I try to import stats
i get an error:

There is a problem importing line 2 in the file /league.csv

Open this file in NotePad, uncheck WordWrap, examine the above line for odd characters, fix and try again.

i've opened it in wordwrap but I really don't know what i'm looking for.....so I've uploaded the .csv file in case anyone else knows what the problem may be.

Make sure you are using the exporter off of Cato's site...do not use the one found on CommishJoe's site.
That should solve your problem
