Can OOTP 14 be run from a Chromebook?

Thought I saw a thread before where it can't directly since you can't install on a chrome book Would have to remote access another computer that has it installed.

Correct - you can't install OOTP on a Chromebook since ChromeOS is basically just a web browser.
