Haven't seen this before. What is it?

"Calculating league stats settings" . . . I never saw this before but it's popping up "weekly" in my new OOTP14 league. It's semi-fictional, semi-historical but the Progressing Options which I have set don't look like they would explain this:

Is this part of auto-save by chance?

My guess is that it is calculating for minor and/or other leagues that are starting up......it should not and I have never seen it recalculate totals more than once for any league (right before Opening Day)....

Q'dog, I think you get the $10 cigar on this one. I checked the start dates for my AAA through A leagues; two started on the same day (and I remember a double appearance of that notice in one day) and the third started a week later. Now, if it appears again on June 25 when my rookie league begins play, then I think I have my answer. Thanks.
