Pitching fatigue after game crash

I had a couple recent crashes to my game. I believe I corrected the problem.

My problem is that when the game crashed the games that were played that day aren't recorded, but it did record all the pitches thrown by pitchers and the pitch count of other pitchers did not advance.

Because of that, it looks like all the starting pitchers for every team appear to have pitched once or twice in the last three days and every starter is tired before any games are played.

Is there a way to manually fix (or better yet automatically) fix each pitchers current fatigue level?
