Is there any benefit to cutting useless players?
Aren't all contracts guaranteed so that the only benefit that cutting a player gets you is that you don't have to scroll as much in your Minor League list? Or am I missing something?

Less players = more playing time for the remaining players. = Better chance at developing players.

It makes sense, although the lack of feedback about a player's performance in the minors definitely leads to out-of-sight-out-of-mind. I've got some cutting of career minor leaguers to do!

Shawa666, are you saying that there is a set number of at-bats and innings-pitched for a team's minor leaguers?
I would need to be convinced, since I cannot think of why the developers would spend any time coding this. |
