The longest week!
Hi, a few months ago I tried this game on a friends pc, and got hooked. Only played 1 and a half seasons but as much as I wanted to go buy the game, I was in a rough spot because 14 was almost out and I didn't want to buy 13 then 14. So here I am, less than a week left but every day goes by way too slow. How long have all you guys been playing. I need some talk.

Ill probably spend the next few days finishing up the league I am currently running. A couple months to go. Might as well get it ready to transfer to OOTP 14.

There is a learning curve so I definitley recommend downloading 13's demo to get a feel for it.
I personally have been playing since OOTP X. Found out about it right before opening day. So glad I came across the thread in operation sports talking about the game.

Check out some dynasty reports.
That should do the trick. |

Been playing since Version 7, I think, in 2007.
I mainly play online so it will be a few months before we upgrade to 14. I have a historical in the early 1900's of the Cardinals I have been messing around with. I will probably move that to 14 when my online league upgrades.

I've been playing since OOTP 2, finding out about the game about a month before OOTP 2 was released. It's been an incredible journey and one that will continue with each new release.

This sure has been a long week waiting. For some reason I got my dates mixed up last week and swore last Friday was 12th, so it's been even worse since I figured out how to read the calendar. OOTP 5 was my first version, and I've been hooked since.

We need another Road to Release announcement. That might calm some of us down. Most likely it will have the opposite effect on many.

Read this!
http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...-driscoll.html It's a story based in ITP (Inside the Park Baseball, for those who don't know.) It has a great storyline and great writing! |

I think v8 was my first, then kind of on/off through 12 (bought each, didn't play a lot), then played the heck out of 13 last fall since I could leave it up as I stopped every couple hours or so to take my turn taking care of my newborn son.
I fully intend to use OOTP to teach him about baseball as soon as he's old enough. I'm thinking 4 would be good. |

I think 11 was my first version, and it started my love affair with both baseball and this game. Now, I'm trying to remember what time of day this usually gets released.
