How prevalent is it that... (Possible spoiler)

After my first season as the Phillies GM;

- The DH was eliminated in the AL
- The Pirates moved to Indianapolis.
- The Astros (expectantly) moved to the AL.

Anyone else? I was interested in how prevalent major changes to MLB are in the game.

In one game I played, the Pirates were moved to San Antonio. The Astros move is part of the quickplay, I believe. I've also had DL time cut down and player options removed. I'd say it's prevalent but not every year will have so many changes at once.
