Need OOTP4 Help

Hey all, just got OOTP4 and am severely impressed, but I am having a problem.

I downloaded the ROLEN roster set and one of the Park sets on baseballsimcentral....

When I play my games in my season the diamond in the middle that shows the players isnt there, and the temperature of the games is always NEGATIVE, like -20 degrees, and there is never wind.

Anyone have any ideas how to get the diamond back or to get the temp/wind to be fixed?
