Team import question

when starting a new league, is it possible to import existing teams from an old league?

My online league has operated in every version since OOTP 3 and I think we are seeing the beginnings of a stability issue.

What I would like to do is create a new file, import over my existing ML teams then build the rest of my universe from scratch, is this possible?
