All of Teflon's Stadiums?

I've searched high and low and have not been able to locate a "central location" of all of Teflon's stadiums...I'm about to start my new fictional league and would love to use his stadiums. Any and all help would be appreciated.

This has most of them... if you want a central location for all of them... well you've found it.. the ones that haven't been put on his website are here in the forum.
