Logo/Jersey Request: Oklahoma Redhawks

I'm looking to replace a logo and jersey of my team in a fictional league. My team's name is Oklahoma Redhawks and right now they are using the logo of the minor league team in Texas. I just took over a couple of weeks ago and would like to give the team a new look to symbolize the new management / ownership. I don't have any specific requests, if anyone can do this for me I'd really appreciate it.

Man I don't know which to pick... is there a way to preview these? I think the first one matches the hat better but the pinstripes look too nice on the second one.

I have a small test league that I use just to check out how jerseys and caps look in the game. Just open the league, load the jerseys and caps and then click the button that says Update Team's Uniforms. Then check out the results on the player pages.
