First time user, needs help!!!

Hello everyone, I have just purchased the game ... and I'm figuring my way around, so now I want to get some rosters, but this site is so full of mods that I can't find any, or maybe I'm lookin' in the wrong places? Maybe somebody could provide a link to a good roster set? Any help would be appreciated ... also, is installing the rosters self-explanitory? Or will I need some assisstance there too?
