Yes, I cancel out of that dialog and select unlicense from the game preferences. It will ask for confirmation, then will look like it's unlicensing the game. I get no confirmation or error message from the unlicensing process and I exit the game. When I restart the game I still get the 're-enter serial number' dialog.

To be able to se my other license I need to move/delete the file ootp10_peds_key under the data directory. Then I go and request a release of the license so I'll be able to play tomorrow

I'll let you know if I have problems again

ok thanks. I have made a few fixes in this area for the Mac users so hopefully once we have patch 1 out you wont have any more bother

In the meantime, if you get trouble again let me know...

I have installed Patch #2, and am still having to relicence each time OOTP starts up.

However, this is simply through the first dialog that pops up (i.e., I don't have to go through an unlicence first).

Edit: Ick, I've just started up OOTP and the first dialog is not allowing me to licence this time, and to go along with this all menu options are greyed out and not selectable - including game preferences so I can't unlicence the game either.

I just installed 10.2.16 full install over the top of my 10.2.13 installation.

I did unlicense first, and relicensed when I first started 10.2.16.

I just wanted to report that I encountered no licensing issues.

It appears that entering the licence without an internet connection caused some of my problems.

Currently, I am still having to enter a licence key every time I start the game, but as long as I have the internet connection this works.
