Stocking the Farm
I've been wondering this for awhile, what's the best way to stock your farm system?
Currently, I rely heavily on the draft and barely sign anybody to minor league contracts. Am I doing something wrong (obviously I'm not, but is there a better way)? |

I find that drafting is the primary way to get guys on your roster. But another way is to get additional minor leaguers or draft picks when you make trades. Signing minor leaguers as free agents is a definite challenge.

I cruise the waiver wire for decent guys that are on minor league deals. I've got 2 guys on my ML roster that I picked up that way.
