If you don't get the mail by 5 pm Eastern time tonight, please PM me with:

- Your full name
- The e-mail address you used when you ordered
- The OS you purchased before

I will arrange for you to get the link, but it likely won't be until after 8 pm tonight, Eastern time.

Of course, we apologize for the inconvenience. We do our best not to get flagged as spam, but there are so many different filters out there, with different configurations, and it's just not possible to prevent some servers from disliking us.

Still patiently waiting for the link. Anybody use Yahoo mail as their e-mail account? Wondering if that's what is holding it up -- ordered mine on 5/10

I know that we need our license to get the game to work and that the liscense came in our email we got after purchaseing the game. I dont have that email anymore so when I FINALLY get my download email will my liscense be in that email?

I've always ordered OOTP via my yahoo account and I've never had any problems with your emails showing up or ending up in the junk folder. If it helps I got my email about 10 being released at 10:12am EST US.

I preordered using the paypal link but it never sent me a confirmation email. So i guess thats why i never got the preorder email. Anybody else use paypal and get an email?

Thanks for trying... this is a little disappointing. I'm actually at home instead of the office today, got lucky enough for it to be released in the morning and I still can't get to it... :-(

I'm not sure it has anything to do with yahoo. I have never had any problem receiving anything from OOTP in Yahoo over the past 4 years.

im really disappointed my email is ollytasha@yahoo.com, and im still waiting been looking forward to this all day, is now like 9.10pm here in cambridge england oh well

Guys, we cannot do anything with this email problems I fear. We pay $250 each month to our mailing list service provider and they are doing a great job, but in the end they can just send the email and then it's up to your ISP and to your SPAM filter settings whether you receive it or not

Well, just send your purchase confirmation to sales@ootpdevelopments.com and I send you the download links.

I'll go to bed in a few hours... If I'm not online on this forum, send the confirmation email to Steve (battists) via a PM, he'll give you the download links then if you preordered.
