New Patch from Andreas - Page 4

I am finding that tb2.5 scoring is off in instances of knockdowns .I nver see any 10-8 rounds or 10-7 rounds when two knockdowns happen .Am I missing something or is everyone having the same issue ???HELP if ther eis a fix

Gene, I think that must be just a fluke, as only once in awhile do I get a 10-9 round with a knockdown, and that is usually because the fighter knocked down was winning the round. As for 2 knockdown rounds they are mostly 10-7, but their are exceptions.

Thank you for your response to my Knockdown question .So what you are saying is that I should see some 10-8 rounds when the fighter winning the round scores a knockdown ,as well as 10-7 with two .Hmm I need to look at this carefully .I always see either 10-9 or 10-10 scoring ..nothing else

Yes I am new to the board but not the game .Been playing it since it was Avalon Hill

2.5.25
- fixed auto-aging / RFG bug (RFG fighters proceeded to next career stage after first fight)

2.5.26
- removed question before using cover up strategy
- tweaked strategy usage. More ofthen the fighters will use "fight normal"

2.5.27
- added db editor list
- changed linker settings

For those who havn't DL .25 and .26 will .27 fix the .25 and .26 or will they have to DL all three.

The .27 patch includes all previous patches.

I just installed the new patch and it still says version 2.5.25 is this correct or should it have changed to 2.25.27.

what exactly are the fixes in 2.5.27? How do they impact the game play if at all?

Ok now when I try to install the "right one" I get a tb2.5exe - System Error. It says "The program can't start because elicen40.dll is missing from your computer." I am not sure why as the game still works for me, a little confused.

Did you put the new patch file in the right folder?

It does not give me an option of where to put it, that error pops up as soon as I try to run it.

I just installed my patch.
I turned off my game
Then I opened the program files for OOTP Title Bout Championship boxing.
From this file I physically removed the exe file
I saved the file in a different folder
Then I physically put the new exe file for 2,5.27 into the program files folder relacing the file I just removed

After this I just opened the game.
