Creating All-Time All Star Teams - what's the best way to do this?

I would like to create all-time all star teams for each of the 30 MLB teams. What's the best way to do this? I am planning to start in 2008 and start un-retiring the players I need to complete the rosters. The only problem I see with this is, Babe Ruth is going to be 100-something years old, Joe DiMaggio will be 100-something years old, etc....

Is there a better way to do this?

You can import them individually from the Lahman DB. Import them at whatever age you want them to be, for example if you wanted Ruth to be 22, then import him from 1917.
