Congrats to the Cleveland Indians, managed by George "The Bull" Uhle on their defeat of the Brooklyn Dodgers 4 games to 2 in the 1953 World Series. It is the Indians 2nd Championship in 3 seasons, and their 4th World Series appearance in SO49's 5 seasons of simulation.

Congrats to the Indians on another well deserved WS title. My Phillies are hoping to get back there in 1954. Hopefully the departure of Ty Cobb as manager will help this team

With all of the vets returning for another go around(even "Flip" Gordon at 39 yrs old) the "Bull" has decided to manage the team for at least one more season!

Yes, I forgot to thank Nate. Thanks for putting up such a great league. It has been very enjoyable from the beginning.
