At long last!

I have been playing baseball games in one form or another (starting with strat o matic) for 30 years. And for the first time ever. I have led a team into the world series. . I dont know if I will win...but damn after 30 years...who cares. I know how Cubs fans feel . If I knew how to post screenies I would, suffice to say everyone root for the Phoenix Apaches...biggest payroll in the league and its paying off .

Cubs are a century-plus. Red Sox fans were 86 years. 30 years is nothing.

Oh, sure... everyone forgets about the White Sox and their 87 years

We can't even be recognized for extended mediocrity because two other teams laid claim to that....

Agreed. I think anytime people show true 'run around your empty house in your pajamas with your arms in the air' joy after (or in this case during) an OOTP moment, it makes for a great thread.

Good deal, now if you can just rub a little magic on my Apaches, that would be nice. Good for you however...a sweep. Good going. Nice trophy too. Now, do it again next season.
