Weather Data/Cities Missing

I'm working on a league file for an international fictional league I'm trying out.

As I was going through and setting the weather data for each stadium, I noticed when you change country on the right side drop-down bar within the 'weather' tab after you click on 'edit ball park' from the home\Options & Ballpark page, many countries have zero data for cities & weather.

Some are big ones like Mexico -- which has zero cities -- , while somebody like Botswana even has one listed. A number of countries have tons of cities -- while Austria only has 2. Seems like it's missing a few pages from a spreadsheet or something.

I had not yet installed the most recent patch because it sounds like I need to reinstall everything and lose this league? (so I'm not sure if this fix was included)

Some nations got a lot of data (see Ghana...) and some did not. The file came due, and what you see is what was finished. I have not had the time nor inclination to revisit the weather file.

If you are interested, or anyone is, I can teach you how to update the txt file to get more data in it.
