Quick Scout Feature.... Am I Missing Something?
OOTP8 had that handy "Quick Scout" feature- I'm not seeing that in OOTP9, was it removed as part of the scouting system upgrade?

Yes you don't do anything with scouts now except set your settings in the pre-season.
