Crashing When attempting to substitute

Hey guys. Newbie here. I'm sure this has been asked before, but cannot find it anywhere. Everytime I attempt to substitute a player of pither, the game freezes and crashes. I am not in commish mode and I set lineups and pitching to be controlled by me. However, I usually and had the settings set for my coach to control depth charts, pitching, lineups, ect. Please help! The Goblin

OOTP8...version 8.03

Can you please upgrade to version 8.0.0.13 and see if you still have this problem? Use the following link to get the patch:
