Downloading Issue

Last night, I tried to purchase OOTP 8. I completed all the required information, and then clicked download. Upon clicking download, I was redirected to a screen saying an error had occurred. However, the transaction appeared on my credit card, and I did not receive an Email from OOTP with a product key or any email for that matter. Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

Assuming that you are using a pc, you should contact support@elicense.com for assistance. Let us know how it works out, please.
