Fictional Logo Help

Is there anyone that can help me change "Jacksonville" to "Oregon" in the primary logo. Also can someone take just the "Ospreys" and turn into a jersey png file. And finally can someone help by taking the "Oregon Ospreys" logo and make into a glossy circle logo. Thanks for your help, because I am clueless about that but I think it is a good looking logo.

Nevermind the "Oregon" part of the logo design, just make it blue if you can. Thanks again
