Rockies vs. Phillies NLDS
The worst series on the schedule, as far as TV schedulers are concerned.
Francis vs. Hamels 3:00 EDT today! |

Yes, frankly I'm amazed they gave them that time slot. Had I been in charge, I would have put them at 10 in the morning, keep them from going up against the soaps and Oprah talk show.

The post-season scheduling this year is stupid as hell in general.

Wow - a triple for Helton!
Michael Bourn would've had an inside the park home run before the outfielder touched the ball. |

The pitching was good in the first.

The Phillies need to calm down big time.

Neither MVP candidate looked good the first time up.

Or the second time for Holliday.
It would be nice if the Phils had a player who has played under pressure before besides Rowand and Burrell.

Nice play by Rollins!
But he doesn't get a point for that because it wasn't run-saving. |

And the Rockies win!
All the pressure is on Philly tomorrow to avoid going to Denver down 2-0. |
