Real Players with Generic Uniform Picture Pack??

I started working on editing the real player's photos to give them generic uniforms so when they are traded they don't look silly on another team.
I think it was ROlen's facepack I was working with
(I also added many missing players)

Then I relaized someone else may have done the dirty work for me already.

Personally, I was changing the hats to black and then cutting the photo off just below the hat logo.
Then cutting it off on the bottom just below the neck.
of course, there are other ways and i'm not too picky if someone can safe me alot of work.

anyone point me in the right direction?
