Want to buy OOTP for a friend, can I?

My friend lives away from my area, but is in my online league.

Unfortunately, he doesn't own the game and can't afford it.

Can I purchase the game for him?

Ie. Pay for the code and send it to him?

yes, you can.

just pay for it and send him the license #. the only issue that could potentially crop up would be him losing the license #. e-license would probably request the credit card number before reissuing the #.
