3 Problem with 6.5

I have 3 problems with 6.5. This is in an on-line league that is less than 10 seasons old:

1. My transaction log does not seem to upload. Minor league promotions do not appear in the new download file after the commisher sims.

2. Why would a player that is not on my team and has never been on my team appear on my team news and league news as player of the week on my team?

3. When you upload a change of position on a player it downloads, after the sim, as the potion I changed it from. You cannnot do depth chats on the fly because of this.

This year for some reason players in our draft have histories. Not stats but histories.

Hi it has been a while since I posted this can I get a little help? I did not see this in the FAQ's.
