holds still not right in human-controlled game

Thanks for all the work on the new patches. Unfortunately, even with patch 12260, "holds" are still not correctly counted for in human-controlled games. I have attached a file here of a box score where at least one, maybe two of the relievers should have gotten a hold and are not credited.

I am not certain, but I think it might have to do with games w/o a DH.

I hate to keep harping on this, but it is still a problem even with the 1.0.2 complete patch.

Can you provide another log file, if you have one? I'm having trouble getting this one nailed, as you can see.

Here's another box score with the same problem.

I have run a few quick tests and it definitely appears to me to only happen when playing out a game with a human manager and there is no DH. I played out a game with a DH, and a hold was correctly credited. Also, when playing out games without a DH, holds do get credited correctly for the computer team when they win, but not for the human controlled team when they win (and a hold should be credited).
