A slightly different logo request

I'm starting a TCB dynasty over in the dynasties forum with a mod I made a while back that completely re-aligns all the conferences in NCAA basketball. As a result I have a bunch of fictional conferences with no logos. If anyone could help me on these I'd really appreciate it. I'll post the first few (with some abbreviations and random notes) and see if anyone can come up with anything:

Arkansas-Missouri Conference (AMC)
Bluegrass League (BGL) (teams are from KY and WV)
Buckeye 9 (teams from Ohio)
California 12 (Cal 12)
Capital Conference (teams from DC)
East Coast Conference (ECC) (teams from DE and NJ)
Empire League (teams from NY)

Dimensions for TCB conference logos are 125 x 125 in GIF format.

Thanks in advance if someone gives any of these a shot.
