Minors league leader bug

When a minor league player is promoted (or demoted, I guess - I've only seen this on a AAA player moving to the majors) and his league stats are still good enough to lead the league, the players NEW team is listed, not the team he recorded those stats for.

In my example, Joe Morris leads the PCL with a .424 BA, recorded while playing in Las Vegas. However, the league leader screen has the Los Angeles logo.
