Using this line in your nations file gives you

70 percent American Names
18 percent Irish First Names
10 percent English first names and finally
2 percent German names

That's great, though your Irish is a bit off, I think. Jerold Casway states in Ed Delahanty and the Emerald Age of baseball that Irish-American's composed 30-50% of professional baseball players, managers and team captains.
