Conversion help, please

Could anyone please help by adapting this logo from the St Etienne soccer club in France? I should like it to stay essentially the same, but with the three vertical white bars turned into three vertical white baseball bats. It's for a a solo European League I am preparing for launch on May 31st. Thanks in advance to anyone who could help.

Truely great work, StorminZ! Even better than I hoped. It's a good job I have until May 31st to decide, as it will be a hard job choosing between them. Sorry not to thank you more promptly, but we've been away over the weekend. Merci mille fois, as they say.
