Historical League (currently 1972) looking for GMs

The year is 1972 and SALT http://www.ourfamiglia.com/SALT/index.aspx is currently looking to fill a few openings. Currently the following teams are available

Cubs http://www.ourfamiglia.com/SALT/html/team17.html
WhiteSox http://www.ourfamiglia.com/SALT/html/team5.html
Pirates http://www.ourfamiglia.com/SALT/html/team20.html
Braves http://www.ourfamiglia.com/SALT/html/team13.html

All four teams have some financial issues but a new GM can cut up to 4 players at no cost. Notable players on each team:
Cubs - Tommy John
Whitesox - Jim Palmer, Goose Gossage
Pirates - Tim Mccarver
Braves - Joe Morgan, Rollie Fingers

We currently use a 1-5 scale for ability and talent (although there has been discussion of changing ability to 1-10) and other ratings are 1-10.

We use the Anakit DB for importing rookie classes. Sims are run Mon, Wed, Fri - 1/2 month at a time (i.e. 15 days). The entire rules can be found here http://www.ourfamiglia.com/SALT/guidelines.aspx .
