WBL needs a few (Season 2 about to start)

If your interested in joining a league filled with a solid group of GM's, the Westwood Baseball League is a great league to join. We are about to start our second season this Tuesday and we need 4 gm's. Currently the Orioles, Reds, Astros, and Brewers are open. OOTP is required.

This league is a pretty good league. I'm the Co Commish and Season one was a good one. The Angels were up 3 games to 0 against the cubs in the world series when the Cubs won 3 striaght to tie the series. The Angels won the first world series and are looking to win their second straight.

The WbL is looking for Gms lookin for a challenge. the following teams are open.

Baltimore Orioles - Last season went 78-84 took 3rd in thier divison. - Ty Wigginton, Tejada, Javy Lopez, Sosa, Gibbions, Bigbie.. This team really wasn't touched much.. Just needs a GM that can come in a make a little trade here and there to improve the pitching staff and this team could win its divison very easy.

Cincinnati Reds - 82-80 last season 3rd place - this team is in a tough division.- Jason Varitek, Aubrey Huff, Wily Mo Pena, Corey Patterson, Austin Kearns, Victor Diaz, Sean Casey, This team is pretty much loaded. Ready for someone to come in andwin right away. Might need to makea trade for a Pitcher but won 82 games last season. would be nice for someone who wants to win now.

Houston Astros - 54-108 last season - Last owners didn't take care of team. Team is better than record. this was the worst team in the league last season. Had a great draft. Picked up Shortstop James Gay. Brian Giles, All Star Pitcher Paul Byrd, Urbina and Vizciano added to the pen. a Couple of good young Starting Pitchers. This team just needs a GM that will take care of hte team and set the rosters up right and the winning will come to you. This is probably the easiest team to turn around.

Milwaukee Brewers - 72-90 last season - This team added some players during the offseason. Overbay is still around, Milton Bradley Joined. 26 year old OF Nic Jackson. Carl Everett, Reggie Sanders. Rafael Furcal, Bret and Aaron Boone, Ron Belliard, Joe Crede, Geoff Jenkins.. Great line up.. this team also has a lot of good Prospects. a lot of them who could be ready in a season or two. If you looking for a project this is the team for you. Sam Narron is your 24 year old Starting Pitcher who looks promising. Your outfield could be set for years with Gywnn, Krynzel.. needs someone to just come and make few changes to the rosters and should be fine.. might take a little longer to get this team to the top but it looks like this team will be worth it.
