Logo Request

I need two logos for my solo league. The logos will actually be the logos for the respective leagues within my solo league. The two leagues are:

Federated League
United League

What I'm looking for are circular logos (along the lines of what Illeracula has done in the past), possibly using a dark blue for one league and red for the other. What I'm hoping for are the league names in on the outside ring of the logo, with the initials on the inside (if that makes any sense).

Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

If you need any changes for the color, or do you want anything else changed just let me know. I will look what i can do.

Sorry, but there was a typo in my original post. It's supposed to be the Federal League, not the Federated League. Otherwise the logos look good!
