Howdo I mix real and fictional facepacks?

Let's say I'm starting a league in 2005 with real MLB players and I have a full MLB facepack. I want to put fictional faces into the PHOTOS folder so all new rokies who come into the league will get new faces. How do I mix the two? Do I have to use irfanview and rename all of the fictional face p#.bmp with the # starting at the last numbered real player? I'm not quite sure how to do this.

I believe that's the best way. Look in one the league folder that contains all of the player pages, find the highest ID #, and start from there.
