tMBU currently looking for 2 GM's

We are looking for two new owners for the Indianapolis Arrows and the New York Force. These are two teams that will really need some serious work to bring them back from the dead. We have just finished the All-Star game and have moved into the homestretch of season #7. We would really like to get these teams filled so that the new GM can get their desired players re-signed and get their respective teams ready for next season. So, time is of the essence here.

tMBU special features:
- Fictional Players
- Talent only (much more of a challenge not seeing the ratings)
- Player Agent (use this instead of OOTP - independent P.A. (no team of his own) acts in the best interest of his clients- he is fair minded and completely unbiased- players have much more realistic contracts with this system- it is more challenging to balance the financials- you will be very impressed)
- Active message boards
- Offseason Arizona Rookie League for rooks
- Scout a Prospect
- Japanese League (4-6 players migrate each offseason to tMBU from a separately run Japanese league that you can track the progress of- it is run by the Player Agent)
- Strong Governing Board
- $90 mil salary cap
- Participation Point System (minimum requirements for each season- easily reached by writing a few short articles over the season)
- Scout-a-Prospect Feature (you get to name your own prospect to be drafted in the 6th round of each season - you can improve his odds of becoming a major leaguer by spending the part points you have earned)

I'm in five or six leagues and this is by far the best one I'm in. If you've got the moxie sign up. You won't regret it.

I am also in several leagues and this is by far the best league I have ever been in. If you have never been in a talent only league, I encourage you to try one. You will find it to be a challenging experience.

The league writing is also very fun. If you think you become attached to your team and it's players, join a writing league and see how much you come to respect and admire these fictional players that you write about. It isn't difficult to write. So don't be afraid of your poor writing skills (I am a very poor writer) you will not be graded on your spelling, grammar or sentence structure. Just look over your team news and embellish it.

As you can see, there are a ton of great features to this league that make it stand out from the average league. But, the thing that I like the most is the unpretentious attitude of all the owners. This is not some tight click that will make you feel like an outsider when you join. Feeling like you are a part of a community is the best part about online leagues in my opinion. Come be a part of the MoneyBall Union community. You will have fun!

tMBU currently has two more openings, the Milwaukee Rage and the Indianapolis Arrows. Both teams need some rebuilding help but are not too bad off at this point.

We also have a team that needs a temporary GM. This would be a great opportunity to jump onboard to check us out with no real obligation. If the fit is nice for both parties, then after the GM comes back online in late June/early July (he is doing a military move to Hawaii, btw) then the Assistant GM will get the next available team.
