If I remember right, the XBL had a pretty cool one as well.

FOBL probably made their own. Web-based voting, IMHO, is useless -- it's the same as e-mail voting, but without the ability to make little comments to the commissioner on the side of each vote, which, as any of my commissioners (Matt? Brian? Mark? Bob? Shane? Shannon? -- I just realized all my commishes have co-commishes... weird) will tell you, is one of my many vices. I love seeing my owners' comments!
