Looking for a Export Tracker file (1984)

I would appreciate any help you may have.

The current export tracker I have is for a current league. I am in need of one for the year 1984.

I am not to good with php files so I am kinda lost.

I'm not sure why the tracker wouldn't work with any league no matter what your settings are.

Some include expansion teams which mess up the team#.
