Agree...the one who creates from scratch is more skilled...but my experience here on this board is that my favorite logo designers are the ones who cut and paste and modify logos...the ones who try to do it as per your requests...and then are willing to revise it several times to get it as close as they can to what you want...even to the detriment of the design.
That's why nmleague, scotto, dbacks, pepeda, bigD4VT, FastLane, LGO and BigCity are among my favorites...Treches and LivnLeague are like that, too...as well as illeracula.
Shub, SanDiegoPadre, TrueCardinalFan, Markmeister and a few others were like that, too...although they have not been active for some time.
