Jamestown (NY) Jaguars Specs
We stay in the far north for a look at the Jaguars out of Jamestown NY. This club began in 1939 as a Pirates affiliate using the Jaguars name, but is best known from the final part of its existence as a longtime franchise in the Expos farm system. HoFers Randy Johnson and Nellie Fox head a long list of MLB alumni from the club.

OK, back after a busy spell setting up and starting my new A's save. Hope you've all been keeping well.

I thought I'll never see Attleboro again... I used to live there, back in the early 80s when I first got married... I once saw the Burros exhibition at the Capron Zoo... Small world there, mate...

Milford (DE) Sandpipers Specs
The Sandpipers out of Milford DE used that name for only the 1923 season, after which the club disbanded. It would return twice after that, once in the late 30s as a Giants farm club and again just after WW2 as a Red Sox affiliate.

San Angelo (TX) Sheep Herders Specs
The Sheep Herders out of San Angelo TX played for just the 1929 season in the West Texas League and the city would have to wait nearly two decades to have a team again when the Colts appeared in 1948.

Tupelo (MS) Wolves Specs
The Wolves out of Tupelo MS only played for two seasons, in the 1925-26 Tri-State League. In the first of these, they won their division but lost out to the Jonesboro Buffaloes in the playoff. The city had to wait 70+ years after this club disbanded for a new one to form, with the Tornado playing in an Indy League for 1997.
