I really like that the team is called D.C. instead of Washington.

It will be my pleasure to change it tonight when I get home. The fonts will have to be different to fit Skyscrapers on the logo though.

Don't really know much of anything about the old Negro Team "The Waggoner Greasing Palaces" but thought the logo needed a slight update... Now the team can be reborn here in someone's league...

my first logo attempt
so thanks to some feedback from knuckler, txranger,and charlie hough, i am finally submitting my first attempt at a retro style logo. while not super vintage or retro, with the font i used (bauhas '93), it has a 60-70's feel. i thought of adding keystones and i may but that will be on a later version... anywho, enjoy

Wish I could take full credit for that bit of awesomeness, but truth is, ever since I played the NES game Bases Loaded as a kid, D.C. has just felt right to me. I've always liked the way it looked sitting next to Capitals as well.
